Visiting Children's Recreation

Workshops

Full or half day programs

VCR works with your counsellors and works best with forty-five to fifty children divided into three age groups: younger, intermediate and elder.

These workshops are either one full or half day and are designed for centres providing children’s programs on ProfessionalActivity/Development Days and spring break.

Each group will do their production separately while the rest of the children can either work on preparing their productions or, with the help of one our VCR staff, play different “Media-Related” games to train them in all the skills they will need to be a star.

The Magic Movie

The ‘magic’ is that a lot of the special features, music, effects, and animation are already on the tape; we’re adding only the actors, provided by you.

What you get immediately after it’s done

An added benefit to our program

VCR will give you all the details you need so that before we even arrive you can have the children prepare for their production.

They can build sets by drawing backgrounds, design costumes and place the furniture for the scenes. There are limitless creative ideas you can implement. This gives you added program ideas for no added cost.

Value added services provided by VCR

Within a week VCR can provide you with a DVD copy of the productions.
